Despite current weak demand, silicon prices are likely to stabilize as the delivery dates of export orders approach.
A growing number of silicon plants in Dehong, one of the three major areas of silicon production in Yunnan province, resumed operations. Many were back to regular operations. This grew supplies and reduced trading liquidity.
