Buyers and sellers in Stalemate, Post-Holiday Atmosphere to be Prominent

‍‍Today see a stable moving of silicon market. On one hand, silicon mills hold a firm offer and don’t intend to offer a low price. Prices have been increased by 200-300 yuan per ton compared with those during pre-holiday. On the other hand, buyers including traders and downstream enterprise are mostly wait and see calmly. There are few orders despite quite a few inquiries, so the transaction volume doesn’t increase a lot compared with the China National holiday. Because of cost increase and plants’ firm attitude towards price, it’s hard to find low price commodities. Due to the coming dry season in west zone of China the price of hydropower will hike, so it is probable that price of lower grade specifications may go upward after short-term stalemate.‍‍
