Exports of silicon metal double in Mar

China’s exports of silicon metal in March almost doubled from February as shipments recovered from the Chinese New Year holiday.
Exports stood at 72,000 mt in March, up 92.2% from a month ago but down 1.9% from a year ago, according to data from China Customs.
